1) Why do I need a Web site?
The Internet is now the largest media platform in the world and it connects all people. Whether you have a business or not, the Internet can spread your message, beliefs, products, services, experiences, and/or any other information you wish to share to more people faster and better than any other media source. Your website allows all people at anytime to visit, learn, buy, sell, trade, and experience whatever you envision.
2) What does it take to develop a Web site?
The simple answer is: a domain name, web host, and knowledge of various programming languages to create a website. These are essential to your website becoming a part of the Internet and displaying information to your visitors.

3) Can you suggest a domain registrar and/or hosting company?
We recommend domain registrar Network Solutions (www.networksolutions.com) based on our experience and their expertise. They are a reputable and reliable full service registrar.
Most all of our websites are hosted with IXWebHosting (www.ixwebhosting.com). We have also registered several domain names with them because they offer free domain name registration with most hosting accounts. This is a huge selling point that can save money. The hosting fees are reasonable and their benefits are second to none.

4) How do I promote my website?
Word of mouth is your best promotional vehicle. Tell everyone about your website. Include it in all your emails and written communication. A good web developer will also utilize keywords (meta tags) that search engines use to identify your website. You can also submit your website to many of the popular search engines.

5) How much will it cost to develop or modify my website?
There is not an immediate answer to this question. Why? Because we need to completely understand the vision, goals, and needs of your website before determining a cost. Complete our free quote form for a cost analysis.

6) Will you modify my website until I am satisfied?
Your satisfaction is our goal. By providing us with detailed requirements, we can design your site more efficiently, saving time and unexpected costs. We will certainly make changes during the course of designing that does not change the original scope of the project. However, we would limit ourselves to ONLY minor changes upon completion of the project; any major changes would incur additional costs.
Examples: Changing text, font size, and colors are minor changes. Adding/creating new pages, templates, logos, images, and other layout objects are major changes. Please make sure to clarify all requirements to avoid any confusion.

7) What do you charge for ongoing maintenance?
We do offer ongoing maintenance packages that include text, graphical, and other data updating. However, we cannot provide a generic price as each client's needs are different. We will be happy to provide you a cost analysis for ongoing website maintenance if you complete our free quote form.

8) Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied?
We require a deposit before starting development of any project to ensure your commitment to the project and a portion of our time and work is paid for. Therefore, we do not provide refunds for time and work already completed. We hope that you understand and respect the value of our work and time.

9) What if I choose another developer during or after development begins?
If you wish to discontinue our services prior to completion, we will happily provide you with all portions of the project that have been paid for via CD-Rom. Once the project has been completed and full payment is received, all work (text, programming, graphics) is yours to do with as you please. We certainly want to continue working with you in an ongoing partnership with all current and future projects, but you are under no obligation to do so.
