Experience Doesn't Retire. It Grows.

After more than 35 years working in technology, including two decades teaching others about it, I've officially retired from my full-time teaching and principal career. However, I haven't quite managed to retire from technology, creativity, or solving interesting problems. Small Step Designs provides me the opportunity to continue helping people turn their ideas into something real.

My background includes a bachelor's degree in web development, a master's degree in education, and hands-on experience across a wide range of creative and technical projects. Now that I'm retired, I'm not trying to build the biggest design company or take on every project that comes along. I'm interested in good projects, good people, and helping solve problems.
